I really like the skin you've used but worry that questions like How many years of working experience do you need before starting your own business?make it look like a kiddie get rich forum and not one for actual business people.

It's alright for starters, I suppose.

Personally, I don't like the bright green. Maybe a more subtle, darker green may be more suitable so that it also doesn't down out the gray color. Other than that, it's a nice start. :)

I have to agree it needs work but I am not thrilled with the forum topic set up. It's too much like an excel table.

I really like the colors. It gives this forum a flair that most other forums I've seen lack. The sections are well-organized and the threads are reasonable and intelligently discussed. Keep up the good work!
