I think vBulletin is the best community software...so I guess that makes vbulletin-fans the best forum :)

Now all vBulletin needs is their own portal software.

I think vbadvanced does a pretty good job as a portal. I've only had minor problems trying to make it less block-like and a few issues with image paths, but otherwise it works very well
